Mittagong Information Center

The Southern Highlands is home to award-winning pie makers, with over 28 pie outlets in the region. We visited Gumnut Patisserie, which is located at Shop 7 Grand Arcade Bowral, and we tried their famous pies and traditional pastries. 

We stayed at the quaint Mittagong Motel, which we found very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The staff there is very accommodating, and they never fail to greet their guests with warm smiles. They even provide breakfast for their guests -- you do get just your regular toast, cereal, milk, juice, and coffee, but to have this every day during your stay is extremely convenient.

Mittagong Motel is a minute away from the information centre, and an 8-minute drive to Bowral shopping centre. The motel's location is accessible to a number of tourist drives, pie outlets, wineries, and lookouts.
